For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the following definitions

• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The General Terms and Conditions governing the contract entered into by the CUSTOMER.
• SERVICES: Services offered by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES to the CUSTOMER for purchase via the Website, designed to facilitate the CUSTOMER’s purchase of tickets for all types of events.
• CUSTOMER: A user of the Website who contracts the services provided through it by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES.
• By completing the purchase process, the CUSTOMER confirms that they are legally capable of carrying out such a transaction, that they are over 16 years of age , or that they have, at a minimum, the authorization of their legal guardian.

• SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and to all matters pertaining to user registration provided by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES. The General Terms and Conditions, with the legally required advance notice, will be available to Customers on the websites https://circodeloshorrores.com/entradas/   and circodeloshorrores.com. Therefore, it is advisable for the Customer to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions before submitting their personal information and purchase details through which the sale of tickets offered by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES is formalized.
2. Through the ticket sales website, users may purchase tickets in advance for events held by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES. The advance ticket sales service is generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES may suspend, at any time, either temporarily or permanently, and without prior notice, the advance ticket sales service for all or part of the tickets for events organized by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES.

 

• PURCHASE PROCESS

The Customer may purchase tickets through the Website by following the various steps of the process, which consists of selecting the products they wish to purchase and the quantity, making the payment, and providing the personal information necessary to receive the purchase confirmation and ticket receipt, as well as to have the Products sent electronically. Each step of the sales process is explained on the Website. The Customer may review their order and make any necessary corrections before proceeding to payment.

At the time of purchase, the Customer may consult these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy. The purchase of Products implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

 

• PAYMENT

Products may be paid for using the electronic payment methods available on the Website. The Customer must bear any fees charged by their bank for transferring the purchase amount for the Products to CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES.

Customers may be eligible for a reduced rate by using discount codes, which must be entered on the Website. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES may request supporting documentation to confirm that the customer is indeed entitled to a rate reduction.

All purchases must be paid for immediately. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are indications of fraud.

 

• DELIVERY

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, delivery of the Products will always be made electronically, via a purchase confirmation and a receipt sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the validity of the email address provided and must ensure the proper functioning and security of the email program used to receive the Products. The Customer assumes the risk of loss of Products sent electronically from the moment the email is delivered to the Customer’s email provider.

The Customer will always receive a purchase confirmation email and a summary of the basic purchase information. It is the Customer’s responsibility to retain this email. If the Customer does not receive the purchase confirmation email for the requested Products, they must contact CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES at the email address  taquilla@circodeloshorrores.com

The ticket purchase confirmation contains an admission voucher or a link to this voucher. The admission voucher, whether printed or displayed on a smartphone, entitles the Customer to access the venues of CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES.

Each admission voucher and reservation code is unique and may not be modified, copied, or reused, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

• BUYER'S RIGHTS. EXCHANGES, DUPLICATES, REFUNDS, OR GENERAL CANCELLATIONS

1. In accordance with the regulations governing the sale of tickets for public performances and recreational activities, there is no right of withdrawal.

Once tickets have been purchased, no changes, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted, except through the cancellation or exchange service system, through which a 100% refund of the amount may be obtained, and tickets may be canceled up to 24 hours before the event. 1. In the event of technical, artistic, organizational, audiovisual, or production-related needs, CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES reserves the right to reallocate tickets that have already been sold and replace them with others of the same or higher category, or, if necessary, to issue a refund.
2. For online purchases, users of this service will receive their tickets via email in PDF format, which is valid and sufficient for admission to the corresponding show.
3. Cancellation prior to the start of the performance or a substantial modification to the show will be the only admissible grounds for a refund of the ticket price; under no circumstances will a change in the cast of performers be considered a substantial modification. Where applicable, the refund may be provided in the form of vouchers or coupons in lieu of a cash refund. In any case, service and/or handling fees are non-refundable.
4. No right to a refund of the ticket price shall arise in cases where the cancellation or modification occurs after the show or recreational activity has begun and is due to force majeure.
5. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES reserves the right, for technical, artistic, or force majeure reasons, to alter the nature of the planned production, as well as the announced dates, times, programs, and performers.
6. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES prohibits the resale of tickets and guarantees the authenticity only of tickets purchased through official channels. Tickets purchased through channels not officially authorized by CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES will not be valid, without prejudice to any applicable administrative or criminal liabilities.

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES

1. Personal Requirements. Purchases from CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES are limited to end customers who are at least 16 years of age and are intended for the customer’s own use or for the use of persons on whose behalf the customer is legally authorized to act. Wholesalers, agencies, distributors, and other professional intermediaries are excluded.
2. Other requirements. To comply with the legal obligation applicable to all Information Service Providers to confirm to the customer that the purchase has been successfully completed, the Customer must provide an email address and communicate it to CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES via the field provided for this purpose during the contracting process.
3. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES will retain the electronic contract document for a period of two years and will send a copy thereof to the address provided by the Customer as confirmation of the purchase.
4. CIRCO DE LOS HORRORES is obligated at all times to comply with the requirements established in Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce.
